I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, starting as a Realtor and later expanding my expertise to include investing, buying, selling, flipping, renting, and renovating properties. My diverse experience encompasses many strategies to achieve success, whether that means helping clients maximize value with strategic improvements, achieve a fast and favorable sale, or ensuring a sale doesn't fall through during negotiations and inspections.
