I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, starting as a Realtor and later expanding my expertise to include investing, buying, selling, flipping, renting, and renovating properties. My diverse experience encompasses many strategies to achieve success, whether that means helping clients maximize value with strategic improvements, achieve a fast and favorable sale, or ensuring a sale doesn't fall through during negotiations and inspections. Over that time I've also owned and operated a multitude of small businesses. From entrepreneurial ventures to some of the longest run businesses in the community. Each avenue has played a strategic part in my overall success. Every business is different, every home is different, every transaction is different. Navigating each across the entirety of an acquisition, sale, or transition is where my experience in each of my past ventures allows me to guide someone through their own.
